Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ChamaTours. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in our premium motorhome tours across Europe. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, designed to ensure a safe and exceptional travel experience for our guests from Kerala and beyond.

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit. Our tours are curated for private groups and families; therefore, accurate guest counts and details must be provided at the time of enquiry.

2. Payment Schedule

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your tour dates and motorhome allocation.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 60 days prior to the tour departure date.
Late Payments: Failure to remit payment within the specified timeline may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the notice period provided:

60+ days before departure: 70% of the total tour cost refunded (excluding deposit).
30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost refunded.
Less than 30 days: No refund will be issued.

4. Travel Documentation and Visas

Guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and the necessary Schengen visas for entry into the European Union. ChamaTours will provide booking confirmation documents to support visa applications but cannot be held liable for visa rejections or delays.

5. Conduct and Safety on Board

To maintain our premium standards and ensure safety, guests must adhere to the instructions provided by the tour guide and driver. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhomes. Any damage caused to the vehicle or its amenities through negligence will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

6. Liability and Insurance

ChamaTours maintains comprehensive vehicle insurance. However, comprehensive personal travel and health insurance is mandatory for all participants. ChamaTours is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (Force Majeure).
